Chief Executive Officer: Daybreak Foods 1-year contract

The Chief Executive Officer will lead the strategic, operational, and financial transformation of a fully integrated poultry business emerging from business rescue, financial distress and operational underperformance.

Reporting to the BRP / Board and Shareholders, the CEO will drive overall business performance through the development and execution of a clear turnaround strategy, strong leadership of the executive team, and disciplined operational execution.

Experience:

15 years plus experience in:

Food production with similar food products, health and safety standards, preferably highly perishable food production/FMCG Experience in the Agricultural sector would be beneficial but not detrimental Experience in stakeholder relationship management Strong liaison and sensitivity to Communities

10 years plus experience in senior Executive role as MD/CEO
