The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for leading and managing the Shared Services Company that provides centralized professional services to a diversified Group of companies. The CEO will drive operational excellence, governance, financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, transformation initiatives, and strategic support to group businesses through the efficient delivery of Accounting, Legal, Compliance and BBBEE services.

Requirements BCom Degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration Postgrad qualification: CA(SA) MBA 10 - 15 Years experience in an executive leadership role Proven experience in a shared services environment Strong finance, governance, legal experience Multi-country experience in Southern Africa preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
