What you will need to do :

• Lead and manage estimation teams, overseeing estimators, providing guidance, and ensuring accurate and timely cost estimates.
• Develop and implement estimation processes, establishing standardized methodologies, tools, and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze project documents such as plans and specifications to identify scope, requirements, and potential risks.
• Create detailed cost estimates covering materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and indirect costs.
