We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Cook to join our team.
Responsibilities - Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to menu requirements
- Supervise kitchen staff and maintain kitchen discipline
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed
- Manage inventory and food supplies
- Plan menus and maintain quality standards
- Work on rotating and shift duties as scheduled
Requirements - Proven experience as a Chief Cook or similar role
- Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen management
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Willingness to work shift duty, weekends, and public holidays
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Relevant culinary certification is an advantage
