Overview A Chief Concierge for the Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitude behaviors skills and values that follow.
What are we looking for - Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Candidate must be a Les Clefs dOr member
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience within Front Office or Concierge in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven sales and upselling capabilities.
- Exceptional leadership interpersonal and communication skills with a refined professional presence.
- Extensive knowledge of Dubai’s cultural culinary entertainment and luxury landscape as well as global destination trends.
