Operating within a highly dynamic and evolving regulatory landscape, the organization is entering an important phase of growth and regulatory maturity as it continues to scale its global operations. To support this next stage of expansion, there is a key mandate to appoint a Chief Compliance Officer (CCO): a commercially minded and strategically driven compliance leader who can build and strengthen scalable compliance infrastructure while enabling sustainable business growth across jurisdictions.
