1. Position Overview

As the primary compliance lead of the company in the Philippines, independent of the Corporate Secretary and Treasurer, reporting directly to the Board Chairman and accountable to the company and shareholders. Ensures full adherence to Philippine laws, regulatory requirements and internal policies, mitigates compliance risks, and safeguards the company’s legal operations and reputation.

2. Core Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance Management (Core)

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of rules from key Philippine regulators, including SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission), BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue), BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas), DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment), DTI (Department of Trade and Industry), PEZA (Philippine Economic Zone Authority), LGUs (Local Government Units).
