Develop Compliance and AML tasks as 2nd line of defence in accordance with UK Regulation and Group policies and procedures.
Identify and assess compliance risks to branch management and staff.
Establish compliance procedures and policies adapting the Group policies.
Ensure implementation of the Group Compliance Monitoring programme based on the Regulatory Risk Assessment and the Corporate Defence Model.
Ensure all UK applicable regulatory obligations are included in the programme, conduct 2nd line controls, define action plans if needed, and report monitoring results to local management and to the Compliance department at headquarters.
