About the Role

The Chief Business Officer owns end-to-end commercial performance at Chocolate Finance. The role combines growth leadership (marketing, user acquisition, strategic partnerships, and AUM expansion across our markets) with strategic finance oversight (forecasting, business modelling, M&A, and capital raising support). The CBO works closely with the CEO and executive team on company-wide strategy, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven efficiency and profitability.

The CBO owns top‑line outcomes including AUM growth, revenue, and unit economics across Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, and the UAE.
