About the role

We are looking for a Chief AI Officer to lead the AI transformation of Homeclub end to end. This is one of the most strategic positions in the company, with a direct seat at the executive committee. Your mission will be to identify, design, and deploy AI across every area of the business — Operations, Customer Service, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Finance — to transform how we work and unlock the next leap in productivity, service quality, and growth.
