Position Overview
+ Analyze financial information and prepare accurate financial reports, including records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax obligations, and other financial activities.
+ Establish and enforce strong internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure proper management of revenues and expenses.
+ Provide timely financial and operational analysis, interpretation, and forecasting to support management decision-making.
+ Coordinate with Department Heads in the preparation and execution of the annual business plan and budget.
+ Monitor and control capital expenditure and FF&E spending to ensure compliance with approved budgets and justifications.
+ Implement and maintain effective accounting systems and procedures in accordance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
+ Oversee cost control, purchasing, and storeroom operations to ensure efficiency and accountability.
+ Administer all insurance programs in coordination with the Corporate Office.
