Job description: We are recruiting our next Kitchen and Culinary Operations Leader. An Ops Leader is responsible for oversight of all shift operations, leading and coaching team members to success, and ensuring an outstanding guest dining experience. Leaders are expected to be able to support business hours and to lead operations through a combination of opening, mid, and closing shifts.
