Bloomberg News is seeking an exceptional and versatile journalist to lead our Chicago bureau, driving coverage from one of the world’s most important business and financial capitals.

The region is home to diverse corporate giants from McDonald’s to United Airlines and CME Group, as well as some of the largest and most opaque financial businesses. It's a hub of commerce, from agriculture to manufacturing to quantum computing, and at the heart of political currents that are shaping the US.

We’re looking for a leader who can help Bloomberg own the stories that emerge from Chicago and the broader region and connect them to the forces driving the country as part of Bloomberg's National Team.
