Responsibilities and Tasks:
Establish and improve Lab process condition and technology including AMC / UPW / Chemical / VPD / Slurry analysis.Upgrade process and equipment (IC / GC / ICP-MS……) capability or reduce cost.Establish and modify ion, metal, organic process management projects.Set up Chemical Lab analysis and tool control supporting and rotation.Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.Abnormal analysis and reaction tracing and improvement.Need to cooperate with Global Teams and other department.Qualifications:
