Position Overview

                    Description  Incarnate Word High School, an all-girls Catholic high school sponsored by the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word, seeks a Science teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The position entails a full-time teaching schedule. Candidates must have current licensure. Catholic candidates preferred. REPORTS TO:
This position reports to the Principal of Incarnate Word High School (IWHS). 
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Prepare curriculum documents to include standards, scope and sequences, syllabi, and lesson plans.
Use appropriate and varied instructional strategies, activities, and materials to promote student success and achievement.
Consistently monitor student achievement through appropriate and varied formative and summative assessments.
