Job Description
Perform testing and analysis in accordance with the standard/in-house methods and to comply with QA/QC procedures.To ensure timeliness, precision and accuracy of analytical results to meet turnaround time.Effective implementation and maintenance of MS ISO/IEC 17025 as well as Group Quality System.Ensure that information from the clients is kept as strictly confidential and never revealed to the third party.Ensure all analytical equipment, apparatus etc are maintained and calibrated as per the required schedule.Ensure root-cause of all non-conformities or customer complaints are to be investigated and identified with appropriate corrective and preventive actions.To treat proficiency Testing Programmed or Round Robin seriously and make sure the result obtained is most accurate and precise.To train, supervise and monitor lab technicians /Junior Staff with assigned test methods and proced...
