Job Description
The Chemist supports an analytical R&D laboratory focused on household pesticide formulations, including aerosols, baits, liquids, and repellents. In this role, you conduct analytical testing, support method development and validation, and perform stability studies to ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards before market release. You work closely with formulation and compliance teams and balance hands-on laboratory work with detailed documentation, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities

+ Run analytical testing using HPLC and GC to evaluate product quality, performance, and stability.

+ Support development, optimization, and validation of analytical methods for new and existing products.
