Accurately and efficiently assembles/tests a variety of moderate to semi-complex products to achieve customer quality and on-time delivery schedules. Performs job under direct supervision or with guidance of more experienced team member.



Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

. Cleans, etches, degreases and passivates components through acid and other chemicals baths.

. Performs heat treat process and hardness analysis per internal standards, industry standards and customer requirements; maintains operational logs.

. Performs dry film lubricant and epoxy operations.

. May be required to assist with wire-on and pressure testing.

. Performs moderately complex assembly/test functions utilizing mechanical skills, hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, and inspection measurement equipment in a manufacturing environment.
