Provides substance use dependency counseling to patients in adult and geriatric age groups who have alcoholism and/or other drug addictions and their families.

**Required Qualifications:**



+ Associate's Degree in Chemical Dependency Counseling, or

+ Coursework/Training: Chemical Dependency Counseling

+ Upon hire: Washington Substance Use Disorder Professional License
