Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes according to recipes and standards set by the restaurant.
• Inspect and ensure quality of ingredients used in food preparation, including meats, vegetables and spices.
• Manage and coordinate kitchen staff, assigning tasks and overseeing their performance to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Plan menus, taking into account seasonal availability of ingredients, dietary restrictions and customer preferences.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to ensure sufficient stock for daily operations.<...
