**Role Overview**

**Sodexo** is seeking a **Chef Manager** for the **College of Southern Idaho** located in **Twin Falls, Idaho.** This position will manage the Resident dining, all you can eat program, retail programs and catering on campus.Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. **What You'll Do**

+ be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting;
+ ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;
+ have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;
