The Salmon in beautiful Tjuvholmen is looking for Summer Staff! We are looking for Chefs, waiters and dishwasher. We are a Norwegian Seafood and Sushi restaurant with a particular focus on Salmon. Depending on Prior Experience Key Duties and Responsibilities may include:
Preparation of cold and warm dishes
Prepare sushi
Prep sauces, veggies and raw materials
Keep your station clean and organized
Follow routines before, during and after service
**Requirements**:
You have experience working in a high paced kitchen
You have good communication skills, in a nordic language or English
You are organised and clean in the workspace
You are able to work individually and as part of a team
You are enthusiastic and have a service-oriented attitude
