Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Chef to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a Chef, preferably with Middle-Eastern cuisine.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, cook and present all dishes in a timely manner according to the restaurant’s recipes, portion sizes and cooking methods.
• Ensure that all food orders are accurate, of high quality and delivered on time.
• Monitor the quality of ingredients used in all dishes, ensuring that they meet the restaurant’s standards.
• Manage inventory and restock any items needed for the kitchen operations.
• Monitor food consumption levels and update menus accordingly.
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by following hygiene regulations and safety procedures.
