Salary: $76,500 to $80,500 plus superannuation per annum

Our client is seeking an experienced Chef to join their restaurant located in San Remo, Victoria.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·Prepare meals to order from customers.

·Wash, peel, cut and seed vegetables for consumption.

·Prepared vegetables for steaming frying.

·Peeling and deveining prawns for hot or cold food service, bulk catering food service.

·Season and cook food according to recipes.

·Cut, bone and portion meat prior to cooking.

·Prepare stocks and sauces.

·Prepare snacks and salads to entrées, side dishes.

·Portion arrange and garnish food.

·Turn or stir foods to ensure even cooking.

·Observe and test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently.
