Conduct culinary interviews, portfolio evaluations, and skills assessments, including coordination of trade test when required.
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber culinary professionals across multiple specialties.
Maintain close coordination with culinary assessors, principal partners, and shipboard management teams to align recruitment efforts with specific galley requirements.
Ensure all recruited candidates meet USPH, HACCP, and cruise line sanitation and safety standards.
Represent MSM at culinary job fairs, trade shows, and assessment centers, promoting the company as a trusted crew solutions partner in luxury cruising.
Collaborate with medical, visa, and deployment units to ensure compliance with all pre-deployment requirements.
