We are looking for a hands-on professional who can lead and be actively involved in cooking and food production while managing operations within agreed budgetary guidelines.
The role requires ensuring full compliance with client, company and statutory regulations, while developing the business in line with current high street and food service trends and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Organise and control all aspects of the catering operation, with strategic planning for growth and profitability. Supervise and control meal production in line with budgets, client requirements, company policies and statutory regulations.
