Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Process at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary / Kitchen Operations or equivalent
Requirements:
Prepares and delivers lectures to students within a prescribed curriculum.
Prepares and participates in preparing examination papers, invigilating examinations and marking of students’ written exercise, papers and practical work where necessary.
Offers counseling assistance to students and parents with a view to promote quality education, either in the University College or off campus.
Organize extra mural activities for students in their field of study or for leisure activities.Actively involved in all extra-curricular activities organized in the University College.
