Our client is seeking an experienced Cook to join their team in Drummoyne, New South Wales.

The Cook will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting meals in accordance with the café’s menu, recipes, portion standards, and quality expectations. The role includes preparing ingredients, cooking breakfast and lunch menu items, operating kitchen equipment safely, maintaining food presentation standards, and ensuring meals are prepared efficiently during service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Preparing and cooking meals according to the established menu and recipes
2. Preparing ingredients including meats, vegetables, sauces, garnishes, and other kitchen items
