Flexible Work, Better Balance
A client of Greycoat Lumleys requires a live out Chef, in a fully staffed private household. You will be working in a private house mainly catering for two adults and two children (16 &19) who are home at the weekends and in the school holidays. On average one large dinner party per month, 5 courses for 18 guests plus weeknight meals and weekly kitchen suppers/Sunday lunches for family or guests up to about 8 people.
You will work a late shift on the weekdays and an early shift on weekend:
5 days per week with two days off (Usually Friday and Saturday or days off in lieu if you work more than 5 days).
On early shifts the Chef is required to prepare breakfast, shop and provision for the day, prepare a light lunch, greet guests coming to the house for meetings and prepare a supper ready for the Butle...
