Job Responsibilities - Prepare and bake a variety of Italian pastries according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Set up and organize the pastry section, ensuring all mise en place is ready for service.
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all pastry items.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients and finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the pastry kitchen.
- Assist in developing new pastry items or seasonal dessert menus.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering ingredients to ensure adequate stock.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to support special events, banquets, and promotions.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any faults promptly.
