Position Overview
Responsibilities and duties
. Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene.
. Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes.
. To support the Executive Chef in the daily operations and work
. Assisting the chefs with the preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, chopping fruit, vegetables and meat.
. Performing cleaning duties and ensuring that work stations and kitchen are properly sanitized
. Plating and presenting meal items as required
. Support the kitchen team during service by completing prep work, assisting with dishes, and performing other tasks as needed
Qualification and Requirements
・At least 2 years of relevant working experience
・Knowledge in food handling and preparation
・Team player and good interpersonal skills
・5.5 day work week (Mon to Sat)
・Able to work on weekend ...
