Position Overview
What you’ll be doing - Support the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Oversee food preparation and presentation according to company latest SOP
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Adhere to strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation practices in the kitchen
- Maintaining grooming standard as per Company guidelines
- Carryout any other culinary duties as per assigned by superior
