Job Description - Assisting the Executive Chef/Head Chef with daily operations
- Responsible for overseeing food production team
- Lead and manage the kitchen with optimal manning level; Assist in training and development of kitchen team
- Ensure team’s compliance with food hygiene standards and health/sanitation regulations
- Any other ad-hoc duties based on operational needs
