SAAM is a new contemporary Thai restaurant opening in San Francisco’s SoMa neighborhood in Late July 2026.

Led by Chef Thitid “Ton” Tassanakajohn, one of Thailand’s most celebrated chefs, SAAM brings together authentic Thai flavors, California ingredients, and a deep commitment to hospitality and craftsmanship.

We are seeking passionate and motivated Chef de Partie to join our opening culinary team.
