Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the restaurant's menu and standards.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff and apprentices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Ensure the consistent quality of dishes served to customers.
- Assist in menu planning and development, including special dietary requirements.
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
