We are currently looking for an experienced Chef De Partie to assist in a hotel based in Maidstone, Kent.Β
Key Responsibilities
β’ Preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
β’ Managing your designated section with confidence and precision.
β’ Supervising and supporting junior chefs, offering guidance and on-the-job training.
β’ Maintaining excellent cleanliness and organisation within your section.
β’ Ensuring all dishes are cooked to order and delivered on time.
β’ Managing stock levels and ordering.
β’ Communicating effectively with the wider kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
β’ Upholding strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
β’ Operating and caring for kitchen equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
32 or 40 hours per week, worked over 4β5 days.
