Chef De Partie required to demonstrate experience in a similar level position with leadership aptitude. Be happy running a section and ensuring high standards are maintained at all times. Assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen and set an example for junior chefs. Complete all training in a timely manner and comply with statutory requirements for fire, health and safety, licensing and employment law, ensuring others are aware and working in accordance with them. Follow Food Safety laws and requirements and maintain a positive, approachable manner with strong teamwork.
