to join our culinary team! In this role, you will oversee a designated section of our main kitchen, working closely with the Sous Chef and senior team. You will guide junior staff, uphold high standards of quality and organisation, and play a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient service flow. Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility for the assigned kitchen section during preparation and service, ensuring smooth workflow and service readiness. Prepare and cook Western cuisine dishes in accordance with established recipes, culinary techniques, and quality standards. Ensure consistency in food quality, portion control, taste, and presentation in line with dining standards.
