# Chef de PartieThis role forms part of the Kitchen team at Harbour House Hotel, located in the heart of Hermanus.**The Role**As Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes that reflect the Harbour House Hotel’s signature dining standards. Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you’ll manage your assigned section of the kitchen, ensuring every plate leaving the pass meets the highest level of taste, presentation and consistency.
