As Chef de Partie, you work with fresh ingredients and focus on taste, presentation and consistency. The pace is high with >400 couverts on a busy day. You are expected to work independently, keep the kitchen organized and be able to work on different parties. Attention to detail, hygiene and efficient teamwork are very important in this role.
