Grill Chef – Burger Van
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Grill Chef to run our busy burger van.
Key Responsibilities:
Cooking burgers and other menu items to a consistently high standard
Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Following recipes, cooking procedures, and portion specifications accurately
Managing food preparation and stock control
Placing orders and monitoring inventory levels
Maintaining food safety records and documentation
Ensuring the van and work areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards
Supporting smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining excellent food quality
Requirements:
