Role Overview
The Chef de Partie is responsible for running a designated kitchen section, ensuring consistent execution, organisation, and hygiene. This is a handsβon role focused on delivery and section control.
Key Responsibilities
- Run assigned section during prep and service.
- Prepare dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Supervise Commies within the section.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas.
- Support service flow and quality control.
KPIs & Success Metrics
- Section readiness and consistency.
- Food quality and presentation.
