Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) – Tandoor & Curry to manage the Indian hot kitchen section. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both tandoor cooking and Indian curry preparation, ensuring high-quality food production, consistency, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Tandoor Section:
- Prepare and cook tandoor items such as naan, roti, kebabs, and tandoori specialties.
- Handle marination and ensure proper cooking temperatures.
- Maintain and operate the tandoor safely.
Curry Section:
- Prepare a variety of Indian curries, gravies, and biryanis.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
- Manage mise en place and daily prep activities.
