Required a motivated and dedicated Chef de Partie Butcher to join our culinary team. The candidate will be responsible for meat preparation, cutting, portioning and maintaining hygiene and food safety standards. Freshers with relevant training or a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

• Prepare, cut, trim and portion meat, poultry and seafood according to company standards.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling and rotation of meat products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the butcher section and work area.
• Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines.
• Assist in receiving and checking meat deliveries for quality and freshness.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to meet daily operational requirements.
