Position Overview
Job Summary We are looking for a Baker / Pastry specialist in Breads and Pastries who can manage the daily operations of the bakery station, producing high-quality breads, pastries, and desserts while ensuring consistency, hygiene, and efficiency.
Responsibilities - Weigh and measure ingredients accurately using measuring cups and spoons to ensure consistent product quality
- Mix ingredients by hand or with an electric mixer to form dough or batter for breads and pastries
- Roll and shape dough using rolling pins, lamination techniques, dough sheeters, and cut dough into uniform portions with knives, dividers, or cookie cutters
- Mold dough into desired shapes and place it in greased or floured pans, trimming overlapping edges with a knife for neat presentation
- Check production schedules to determine the variety and quantity of baked goods required each day
