You will oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation and company policy, working closely with the team to maintain high standards. Strong communication, time-keeping, and organizational skills are key as you collaborate with kitchen staff, front‑of‑house, and management teams. You’ll work efficiently under pressure, preparing food items timely and maintaining a clean working station.
