The candidate must be highly guest-centric, commercially minded, and capable of elevating Stratos Restaurant's reputation as one of the region's leading upscale grill destinations Candidate Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as Chef De Cuisine or Head Chef successfully leading a high-end grill operation with demonstrated commercial success. Proven experience working in a Michelin-starred restaurant or Michelin Guide-recognized fine dining establishment.
