The ideal candidate is a passionate culinary leader with a strong fine dining pedigree, proven Michelin-level standards, and a successful history of operating premium grill. The candidate must be highly guest‑centric, commercially minded, and capable of elevating Stratos Restaurant’s reputation as one of the region’s leading upscale grill destinations.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as Chef De Cuisine or Head Chef successfully leading a high‑end grill operation with demonstrated commercial success.
- Proven experience working in a Michelin‑starred restaurant or Michelin Guide‑recognized fine dining establishment.
- Minimum 6–8 years of progressive culinary leadership experience within luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or renowned international restaurant groups.
