Chef de Cuisine – One&Only The Palm, Dubai
Kerzner International is offering a Chef de Cuisine position with One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the culinary team and ensure guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
- Develop culinary operations in line with established SOPs.
- Lead and motivate the staff across all aspects of culinary service.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine in an upscale luxury hospitality setting or five‑star hotel.
- Strong French culinary knowledge.
- Ability to work in a multicultural, challenging environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
Location: One&Only The Palm Resort, Dubai.
