Position Overview
- Plan prepare and execute authentic Lebanese dishes in line with established recipes and standards.
- Lead train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
- Maintain food quality taste and presentation consistency at all times.
- Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and HACCP standards.
- Control food costs manage inventory and minimize waste.
- Develop menus and specials that reflect traditional and contemporary Lebanese cuisine.
- Coordinate with purchasing to source high-quality ingredients.
- Ensure a clean organized and safe kitchen environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef specializing in Lebanese cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Lebanese recipes techniques and ingredients.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
